Being a microenterprise,small company(up to 49 workers)or autonomous.

not have your companydeclared in crisis.

Keep up to date withtax obligationsand against Social Security.

not be subject to arecovery order pending from the European Commissionthat has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

Not incurring in any of the prohibitions provided for in article13.2 of Law 38/2003 Grants General.

Be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agencyor in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.

Do not exceed the minimum aid limit–all subsidies granted by EU states of less than €200,000–.

Have the evaluation of theDigital Maturity Levelaccording to diagnostic teston the Accelerate SME platform.

Have thefiscal domicile in Spain.
